CMT 00W249P (Patrol)

The CMT OOW249P is the Patrol version of the venerable 249 and features a forward rail with detachable foregrip, improved bipod, short barrel, and one of several different types of collapsible stocks. All interior parts are fully compatible and an upgrade kit is available for customers to convert existing guns to this model.
 
The CMT OOW249 Patrol provides infantry fire teams with the heavy volume of a machine gun while still being able to move fast on foot and engage in close combat. It fires the NATO standard 5.56mm cartridge from a belt or magazine, benefiting in ammuntion commonality with rifleman, and is capable of engaging targets out to 900 meters.
 
We manufacture our barrels completely in house and each is proof fired, magnetic particle inspected, and tested for accuracy during final assembly.
